Bonus Funds are forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

• Bet Acceptance: A bet is accepted only when a confirmation reference number is displayed to the User. Bets for which no confirmation is received — due to connectivity failure, session timeout, or technical error — are not valid.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per market and may vary by event, odds band, and account tier. These are displayed at the point of bet placement.
• Erroneous Odds: 688bd reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were published due to a manifest error, technical fault, or data feed failure. In such cases, the staked amount is returned to the User's Wallet.

• Match Fixing and Corruption: Where credible evidence emerges of match fixing or corrupt activity affecting an event, 688bd reserves the right to void all bets on that event regardless of the apparent outcome.

Settlement of bets is based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC, BCB, FIFA, UEFA, BPL organising committee). In the event of a dispute, 688bd's determination of the official result, informed by the governing body's declaration, is final.

• Attempting to launder funds through the Platform or using the Platform as a vehicle for any unlawful financial transaction.

• Engaging in, facilitating, or having advance knowledge of match fixing or any corrupt activity affecting a bet.

• Using the Account of another person or allowing another person to use your Account.

688bd's total aggregate liability to any User in respect of any claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money Funds deposited by that User in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
